NOTICE OF EMERGENCY NO PARKING RESTRICTION ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be closed to traffic from 0700 hours until 1800 hours on Sunday 19th September 2021. The emergency no parking restriction is required due to a change of location due to circumstances outwith the event organiser’s control. The order is to stop vehicles parking on the B908 and blocking access during the event.
