THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (SCHOOL STREETS: SCHOOL ROAD, TULLIBODY) (RESTRICTED PARKING ZONE) ORDER 2021
Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Sections 1(1) and 2(1) to (3), 32 to 36, 45 to 46A, 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 1 December 2021.
The Order is as advertised in the Alloa Advertiser on 15 September 2021 which will create a ‘School Street’ outside the entrance to Tullibody South Campus thereby creating safer pedestrian environment and encouraging active travel to school. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 17 December 2021 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.

For the purpose of the application of this Order to the lengths of road specified in this Schedule the expression – |
|
|
“prohibited road” means the length of road described in column 1 of this Schedule; |
|
|
“prohibited hours” means the period shown in column 2 of this Schedule and indicated on the traffic signs at the limits of the Zone. |

Tullibody South Campus School Road. Tullibody From a point 94 metres north of the north kerbline of Lychgate to a point 20 metres south of the south kerbline of Abercromby Place, a distance of 136 metres or thereby.
