THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (HIGH STREET, ALLOA) (NOTICE OF EMERGENCY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will prohibit driving, parking and loading from 0700 hours until 1800 hours on Friday 3rd May 2019. The emergency prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to allow a market to take place. Access will be allowed for emergency services.
