THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) NOTICE OF EMERGENCY TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND NO WAITING OR LOADING ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in Schedule 1 attached hereto, will be closed to traffic from 1700 hours until 2100 hours on Sunday 4th November 2018; and on the sections of roads described in the Schedule 2 attached hereto, there will be no waiting or loading from 1700 hours until 2100 hours on Sunday 4th November 2018. The emergency temporary order is necessary for public safety during the fireworks display. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
