THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL COBBLECROOK GARDENS, ALVA) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE AND TEMPORARY NO WAITING OR LOADING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2018
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 18th July 2018.
The effect of this Order shall be to close the footway and put in place no waiting or loading restrictions during:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 13th August 2018 for a period of 5 days or until works are completed whichever is soonest, on the section described in Schedule. The footway closure and temporary no waiting or loading restriction is required for footway resurfacing and kerbing works.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available on www.clacks.gov.uk or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.
