For guidance and workbooks on a range of topics including:

Wellbeing Books

Books are available for all ages and include topics on anger, anxiety, depression, coping with illness and pain, parenting and relationships.

These are available at libraries throughout Forth Valley and Stirling University. Please ask at your library about the wellbeing books available.

Keep Well Forth Valley

For an overall health assessment with an NHS Practitioner to assess your general wellbeing, make an appointment by calling 01259 290213.

Living Life

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for mild/moderate anxiety/depression which is given by telephone from NHS 24. This is self-referral and can be accessed by calling 0800 328 9655 (Mon-Fri 1pm - 9pm). Refer to Living Life website.

NHS Forth Valley Health Promotion Service

This service provides a new digital bookshelf of self help guides for mental health and wellbeing. There are 22 guides in the series covering various topics including anxiety, depression and low mood, eating disorders, self harm and stress among others.
