Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for mild/moderate anxiety/depression which is given by telephone from NHS 24. This is self-referral and can be accessed by calling 0800 328 9655 (Mon-Fri 1pm - 9pm). Refer to Living Life website.
This service provides a new digital bookshelf of self help guides for mental health and wellbeing. There are 22 guides in the series covering various topics including anxiety, depression and low mood, eating disorders, self harm and stress among others.
Reachout with Arts in Mind promotes good mental health and wellbeing through the arts.
Kooth is a free, personalised, digital mental health support service available to children and young people throughout Clackmannanshire aged 10 - 18.
Our qualified counsellors are online 365 days a year, Monday to Friday from 12noon - 10pm and between 6-10pm on weekends.
Kooth has no waiting list or referral process. Children and young people can access support for ANY issue they may be experiencing. To access, young people simply register via the website.
As well as chatting to our counsellors through a text based service, young people can message the team 24 hours a day, access our fully-moderated support forums, online magazine and other self-help tools.
