Every public procession in Clackmannanshire will require the approval of Clackmannanshire Council and Police Scotland. If a procession is to be held in the areas of more than one Council, an application must be made to each of the authorities concerned.
A copy of the application form must also be sent to Police Scotland, PO Box 2460, Dalmarnock, Glasgow, G40 9BA.
The application form must be received by the Council at least 28 working days prior to the event.
Please note that fees lodged with any Licence application are non-refundable.
