Clacks Academy is the Council's eLearning platform.
Within the Clacks Academy you will find a variety of different courses which you can undertake at anytime, in the office, or at home.
We regularly update the Clacks Academy with new courses and additional information, so be sure to log in regularly and check the news bar to see what has changed.
The Clacks Academy is open to all employees of Clackmannanshire Council. New starts are automatically added to the system once their details have been confirmed by HR.
If you are having trouble logging on, or don't think you've been added to the system please see below for troubleshooting options.
There are over 100 individual resources on the Clacks Academy, including:
Change Management, MS Word & Excel, data protection, health and safety, information security, leadership development, managing stress, personal development....and loads more.

You can log into the Clacks Academy by two methods.
1. Follow this link:
https://app.tessello.co.uk/clacksacademy/login
2. Follow the desktop icon on any Clackmannanshire Council PC which runs under a Citrix session.
If you are logging in for the first time your log in details will be your six digit employee number, and your password will be your surname with the first letter (and the first letter after a Mc or Mac surname) in capitals e.g. Smith, or MacMillan.
