Games Hall

The Games Hall can be hired a for a number of popular activities, for example:

• Archery
• Badminton
• Basketball
• Cricket
• Indoor football
• Indoor hockey
• Martial Arts
• Multi-games sessions
• Netball
• Short Tennis
• Table Tennis
• Volleyball

Note: The hall can be booked either as a single unit, or up to 4 individual courts.

Gymnasium

The gymnasium is a smaller area than the games hall, suitable for general sports and activities, for example:

• Badminton
• Basketball training
• Dance session
• Gymnastics
• Martial Arts
• Table Tennis
• Volleyball training

Dance Studio

The dance studio is suitable for:

• Dance classes/sessions
• Martial arts

Fitness Suite

The fitness suite is a modern, fully-equipped exercise and conditioning facility. Use of the suite will be by membership only, and members will require to undergo a supervised induction.

Outdoor sports

Fully Floodlit Artificial Grass Surface

This area can be hired as a full-sized unit for matches, or as smaller units for training or activities such as 7-a-side football. It is suitable for

• Football
• Hockey
• Outdoor pitch games

Track & Field

Lornshill Academy has a 400 metre, all weather, six lane running track available for use throughout the year. Additionally other facilites such as long jump and javelin are also available.

Meeting and Conference Facilities

Main Conference Hall

The large conference area/assembly hall can seat up to 300 and provides contemporary staging and lighting facilities. The hall is suitable for:

• Conferences and events
• Amateur dramatics
• Shows
• Larger meetings
• Conference Suite

The conference suite has wireless internet connectivity and a multimedia screen, and is suitable for:

• Small meetings and conferences of up to 30 people

General Purpose Rooms

The general purpose rooms are suitable for:

• Small meetings
• Tutorials
• Specialist activity classes
