Anyone feeling stressed or who wants to learn some helpful ways to feel in control can join popular stress control classes in Clackmannanshire this autumn.

It is a free class that runs over six sessions. If you want to learn better ways to handle common problems such as anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, poor sleep and panic attacks then come along to the popular Stress Control classes.

Stress Control is a class - not a group therapy - so you do not have to talk about your problems in front of others. You just sit back and learn some great ways to control stress.

Each week, you will get a booklet to take away as well as a free relaxation CD.

We are running a daytime course in Alloa, starting on Tuesday 4th October for 6 weeks between 10-11.30am. Another evening session will start on Wednesday 2nd November.

Stress Control is delivered by Clackmannanshire Integrated Mental Health Service which is a partnership between Clackmannanshire Council and NHS Forth Valley, with support from Resonate Arts House.

To find out more or register for the courses, please contact the Phoenix Centre on 01259 215048.
