THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL A907 CLACKMANNAN BYPASS  (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2017

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 7^th February 2017.

The effect of this Order shall be to reduce the speed limit to 40 MPH :-

During the period from 0800 hours on Monday 13^th March 2017 until Friday 27^th September 2017 or until works are completed whichever is soonest, on the section described in the Schedule attached.  The temporary speed restriction is necessary to allow construction access into a residential development, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs and during the periods correspondence to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.
