THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (OCHIL STREET, TULLIBODY)(WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2016
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 1 November 2016.
FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 21 September 2016, and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting restrictions will apply to keep the junction clear from parked vehicles to allow access for taxi and ambulance access for disabled residents.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 16 November 2016 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
