THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, MENSTRIE) (ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2015
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 9, 10(2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 20 April 2015.
FULL DETAILS of this Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on the 4 March 2015, and will designate the sections of roads described in the Schedule as a One Way Traffic System which is being introduced for period of twelve months as an experiment to determine its effect in reducing traffic congestion within the area. Its maximum duration in terms of the act is eighteen months.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 1 May 2015 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
