THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (STATION CAR PARK, ALLOA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2014
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 22 April 2014.
FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 19 March 2014, and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting restrictions will apply to allow for a drop off bay within the Station Car Park, Alloa.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 9 May 2014 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
