A91 ALVA - TILLICOULTRY - NOTICE OF EMERGENCY TEMPORARY CLOSURE 2013
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of footway described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be closed to pedestrians from 0800 hours on Monday 2nd December 2013 for a period of 4 months until 1700 hours on Monday 31st March 2014. The emergency closure is required to allow for the widening and upgrading of the footway.
