THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (DEVONWAY, CLACKMANNAN)(WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2013
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 12 November 2013.
FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 11 September 2013, and will designate the section(s) of road(s) described in the Schedule where waiting restrictions will apply to improve the visibility at the junction and to make access to parking area safer.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 22 November 2013 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
