THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (STRAIGHTBRAE, NEAR DOLLAR) (STOPPING-UP) ORDER 2012
Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Section 68(1) (a) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 on 20th February 2013, which will be to stop-up the section of road as detailed in the Schedule hereto for safety reasons as the road surface is damaged. The road will be removed from the list of adopted roads.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act of that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks from 6th March 2013 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
