THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (STATION CAR PARK, ALLOA) (DESIGNATED TAXI RANK) ORDER 2011
The Clackmannanshire Council has made an Order under Sections 32 and 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part III of Schedule 9 to the said Act of 1984 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf on 11th August 2011.
FULL DETAILS of this Order are as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 1st June 2011, and will designate the section of road described in the Schedule as a taxi rank within the Station Car Park, Alloa.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 26th August 2011 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
