THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (A91 DOLLAR TO POOL’O’MUCKHART) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 6th March 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 1st April 2024 for a period of 18 months, on the section of roads described in Schedule The temporary speed restriction is required for road safety during the extraction of round wood timber. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
