THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (PARK ROAD, MENSTRIE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 30th January 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from
0800 hours on Monday 4th March 2024 until 1700 hours on Sunday 17th March 2024, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary to allow new gas service to be installed.
