THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (HIGH STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2024

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 16^th January 2024.

The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from

0700 hours until 1800 hours on the following dates; Friday 1^st March 2024, Friday 5^th April 2024, Friday 3^rd May 2024, Friday 7^th June 2024, Friday 5^th July 2024, Friday 2^nd August 2024, Friday 6^th September 2024, Friday 4^th October 2024, Friday 1^st November 2024, Friday 6^th December 2024, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary to allow the monthly market to take place. Access will be allowed for emergency services.
