THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (B9140 MUIRCOT FARM TO ABERDONA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2023
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 4th May 2023.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Tuesday 30th May 2023 until 1630 hours on Tuesday 13th June 2023, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for carriageway resurfacing and safety of the workforce and members of the public.
