THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, SAUCHIE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2022
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 20th July 2022.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 15th August 2022 until 1600 hours on Sunday 28th August 2022, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for carriageway and footway resurfacing, safety of the workforce and members of the public.
