THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS FOOTPATHS, CLACKMANNAN) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURES) ORDER 2022
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 31st January 2022.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to pedestrians:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 14th February 2022 until 1700 hours on Tuesday 15th February 2022 (Schedule 1) and from 0800 hours on Wednesday 16th February 2022 until 1700 hours on Thursday 17th February 2022 (Schedule 2), on the section described in the Schedules attached. The temporary closure is required for removal of notifiable asbestos from the enclosed Vennel ceiling.

From the west boundary of number 3 eastwards until the east boundary of number 5, a distance of 18 metres. |
