THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (B913 DEVON ROAD, DOLLAR)  (TEMPORARY NO WAITING OR LOADING RESTRICTION AND FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2021

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1st July 2021.

The effect of this Order shall be no waiting or loading and close to pedestrians at:-

The period from 0800 hours on Monday 26th July 2021 until 1600 hours on Friday 30th July 2021, on the section described in Schedules 1 and 2. The temporary no waiting or loading and footway closure are necessary for resurfacing footway works and safety during those works.

List of Roads

Section of road over which a temporary no waiting or loading restriction will be applicable from 0800 hours on Monday 26th July 2021 until 1600 hours on Friday 30th July 2021.

From its junction with A91 southwards for a distance of 116 metres or thereby.

Section of road over which a temporary footway closure will be applicable from 0800 hours on Monday 26th July 2021 until 1600 hours on Friday 30th July 2021.

West Side                                                          

From a point 44 metres south of its junction with A9, southwards for a distance of 77 metres or thereby.
