THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (B908 FAIRFIELD ROAD, SAUCHIE) (TEMPORARY NO PARKING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2019
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21st September 2019.
The effect of this Order shall be to suspend parking:-
The period from 0700 hours until 1800 hours on Sunday 15th September 2019 and Sunday 22nd September 2019, on the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary parking restriction is required to stop vehicles parking on the B908 and blocking access. Sunday 15th September or Sunday 22nd September 2019 is a contingence date should the field not be cut in time.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.
