THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALVA) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2017
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 31st August 2017.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to vehicles:-
The period from 0800 hours on Monday 25th September 2017 for a period of 7 days or until works are completed, on the section described in Schedule A. The period from 0800 hours on Monday 2nd October 2017 for a period of 7 days or until works are completed, on section described in Schedule B. The temporary closure is necessary for speed table construction. There will be no vehicular access for residents. Beauclerc Street will only be closed if there are any issues during installation of speed tables. Works will be carried out under traffic lights. Pedestrian access will be retained.
A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below or may be examined at Clackmannanshire Council's Offices, Kilncraigs, Alloa, FK10 1EB, and any Council Office/Library, during normal office hours free of charge.

| List of Roads | Section of road over which a road closure will be applicable from 0800 hours on Monday 25th September 2017 for a period of 7 days or until works are completed whichever is soonest. |
| Queen Street, Alva | From its junction with Beauclerc Street southwards until its junction with Stirling Street, a distance of 223 metres or thereby. |
| Alternative Route | Via Stirling Road, Brook Street, Beauclerc Street and vice versa. |

| List of Roads | Section of road over which a road closure will be applicable from 0800 hours on Monday 2nd October 2017 for a period of 7 days or until works are completed whichever is soonest. |
| Beauclerc Street, Alva | From its junction with upper Queen Street eastwards until its junction with Henderson Place, a distance of 195 metres or thereby. |
| Alternative Route | Via Queen Street, Erskine Street, Henderson Place and vice versa. |
