THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (A907 STIRLING ROAD, ALLOA) (VARIABLE 20 MPH LIMIT) (TEMPORARY ORDER) 2015
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 29th July 2015.
The effect of this Order shall be to restrict the speed limit restriction:-
During the period between the hours of 8.15 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday, during School terms only when indicated. For a period of 16 weeks or until the permanent order is in place. in the section described in the Schedule attached. The temporary closure is required to ensure that the traffic speeds are limited to a speed compatible with the local environment.
