CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (CHRISTMAS EVENTS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2014
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13th November 2014.
The effect of this Order shall be to close to vehicles:-
The period from 0700 hours until 1930 hours on Saturday 29th November 2014 for the Christmas Fun Fair on the section described in Schedule 1; the period from 1330 hours until 1830 hours on Saturday 29th November 2014 for the Switching On Ceremony for the Christmas Lights and Fun Fair on the section described in Schedule 2; the period from 0700 hours until 1930 hours on the following dates: Saturday 30th November 2014, Saturday 6th December 2014, Saturday 13th December 2014, and Saturday 20th December 2014 for the Christmas Fair on the section described in Schedule 3; and the period from 1030 hours until 1530 hours on Saturday 13th December 2014 for the Reindeer Parade on the section described in Schedule 4. The temporary closure is necessary for the above events to take place.

| High Street, Alloa | From its junction with Drysdale Street to its junction with Mill Street, a distance of 130 metres or thereby. |
| Mill Street, Alloa | From its junction with Mar Street to its junction with High Street, a distance of 40 metres or thereby. |
| Alternative Route | There is no alternative route available. |
| SCHEDULE 3 - CHRISTMAS FUN FAIR | |
| List of Roads | Section of road over which a temporary road closure is applicable from 0700 hours until 1930 hours on the following dates: Saturday 30th November 2014 Saturday 6th December 2014 Saturday 13th December 2014 Saturday 20th December 2014 |
| Primrose Place, Alloa | From its junction with Primrose Street for its entirety, a distance of 50 metres or thereby. |

| List of Roads | Section of road over which a temporary road closure is applicable from 1030 hours until 1530 hours on Saturday 13th December 2014. |
| High Street, Alloa | From its junction with Drysdale Street to its junction with Mill Street, a distance of 130 metres or thereby. |
| Mill Street, Alloa | From its junction with Mar Street to its junction with High Street, a distance of 40 metres or thereby. |
