A91 DOLLAR TO MUCKHART - NOTICE OF EMERGENCY SPEED RESTRICTION 2014
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in terms of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the section of road described in the Schedule attached hereto, will be subject to a 30mph speed limit from 1600 hours on Monday 24th March 2014 for 12 weeks or until completion. The emergency speed restriction is required to restrict the speed of traffic due to a temporary development access on A91, but will only have effect in relation to such part or parts of the lengths of road as are indicated by the appropriate traffic signs and during the periods corresponding to those lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
