THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (COALSNAUGHTON, FISHCROSS AND GLENOCHIL) (PARKING SPACES FOR DISABLED PERSONS) (NOS. CN1, CN2, CN3, F1, F2, G1, G2) ORDER 2014
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 9 January 2014.
The Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on 20 November 2013 and will designate the sections of road described in the Schedule as parking spaces for disabled persons vehicles.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 24 January 2014, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
