THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALVA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2025
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 18th February 2025.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking and loading at any time during the period from 0930 hours on Monday 21st April 2025 until 1900 hours on Friday 16th May 2025, on the section of roads described in Schedule 1. The period from 0930 hours on Monday 19th May 2025 until 1900 hours on Friday 13th June 2025, on the section of roads described in Schedule 2. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for Scottish Water Project. This is rolling traffic management and road closure of which details should have been issued from contractors to households affected. Access will be maintained where possible for residents and emergency services. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
