THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 21st November 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be a prohibition of waiting at any time from 0900 hours on Thursday 12th December 2024 for a period of 18 months, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of waiting at any time is required to keep the road clear during construction work at the Air Production Plant and to allow orders to be finalised.
