THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 8th October 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1800 hours on Friday 22nd November 2024 until 2000 hours on Saturday 23rd November 2024, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for safety during the annual Christmas Tree lights switch on event.
