THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, DOLLAR) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1st October 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1800 hours until 1930 hours on Saturday 2nd November 2024, (contingency on either Sunday 3rd November 2024 or Saturday 9th November 2024) on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary for public safety during the Fireworks display. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
