THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (B908 ALVA ROAD, SAUCHIE) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 24th July 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be a temporary speed restriction in place from 0800 hours on Monday 12th August 2024 for a period of 18 months, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary speed restriction is required for road safety during construction works on the new housing development. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
