THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (MAIN STREET, CLACKMANNAN) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 18th June 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking and loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 8th July 2024 until 1700 hours on Wednesday 10th July 2024, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for final connection for new drains installed for new development. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
