THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (PRIMROSE STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE AND NO PARKING RESTRICTION) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 4th June 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be a temporary footway closure from 0800 hours on Monday 24th June 2024 until 1600 hours on Wednesday 3rd July 2024, on the section of footway described in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2. The temporary footway closure and no parking restriction is required to excavate the footway on behalf of SP Energy Networks and for pedestrian safety. A copy of the Order, together with a copy of the relative plan, is available below.
