THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (A977 NORTH OF FORESTMILL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2024
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 28th May 2024.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking and loading at any time during the period each evening from 1800 hours until 0600 hours on Monday 17th June 2024, Tuesday 18th June 2024, Wednesday 2024, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for carriageway resurfacing (overnight) and safety of the workforce and members of the public.
