THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, DOLLAR) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2023
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 3rd October 2023.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1730 hours until 2000 hours on Saturday 4th November 2023, (contingency on either Sunday 5th November 2023 or Saturday 11th November 2023) on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary for public safety during the Fireworks display. Access will be maintained for residents, emergency services and pedestrians.
