THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2023
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 6th September 2023.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1030 hours until 1300 hours on Saturday 30th September 2023, on the section of roads described in Schedule 1. And there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0730 hours until 1600 hours on Saturday 30th September 2023, on the section of roads described in Schedule 2. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for safety during Freedom of Clackmannanshire event.
