THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS, ALVA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2023
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 16th May 2023.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1200 hours until 1800 hours on Saturday 8TH July 2023, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for safety of participants during the Hill race. Access for residents will be permitted where possible.

|
From the east boundary of no.100 westwards until its junction with Back Road, a distance of 87 metres or thereby. |

Back Road |
From its junction with Beauclerc Street, westwards for a distance of 43 metres or thereby. |
|
Diversion |
Via Back Road, Grodwell Drive, A91, Queen Street, Beauclerc Street and vice versa. |
