THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (A91 STIRLING STREET, ALVA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2023
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 16th May 2023.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0700 hours on Saturday 17th June 2023 until 2000 hours on Sunday 18th June 2023 and 0700 hours on Saturday 24th June 2023 until 2000 hours on Sunday 25th June 2023, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for relaying SMA surfacing. The second weekend will only be used if required due to weather or issues.
