THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL  (HIGH STREET, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2023

The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 16^th February 2023.

The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from

0700 hours until 1800 hours on the following dates; Friday 3^rd March 2023, Friday 7^th April 2023, Friday 5^th May 2023, Friday 2^nd June 2023, Friday 7^th July 2023, Friday 4^th August 2023, Friday 8^th September 2023, Friday 6^th October 2023, Friday 3^rd November 2023, Friday 1^st December 2023, on the section of roads described in Schedule.   The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is necessary to allow the monthly market to take place.  Access will be allowed for emergency services.
