THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (ALLOA TOWN CENTRE) (ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) CONSOLIDATION ORDER (AMENDMENT NO. 1) 2023
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) and 4(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on 15 May 2023.
FULL DETAILS of this Order is as published in the Alloa Advertiser on the 8 March 2023, and will reverse the one-way direction on the length of road on Mill Street, Alloa following the conclusion of a temporary experimental order at that location. This is to ensure continued safer spaces for people. This order amends the Clackmannanshire Council (Alloa Town Centre) (One-Way Traffic) Consolidation Order 2018 by amending the Schedule to that order to reverse the one-way direction on Mill Street, Alloa as detailed in the Schedule to this amendment order.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the aforesaid Act or that if any requirement therein has not been complied with, may, within six weeks from 7 June 2023 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
