THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (STIRLING STREET, ALVA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2022
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 10th August 2022.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Saturday 27th August 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 28th August 2022 on the section of roads described in Schedule 1, from 0800 hours on Saturday 3rd September 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 4th September 2022 on the section of roads described in Schedule 2, from 0800 hours on Saturday 10th September 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 11th September 2022 on the section of roads described in Schedule 3, from 0800 hours on Saturday 17th September 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 18th September 2022 on the section of roads described in Schedule 4 . The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to carry out works on 4 separate occasions over the weekends.
