THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (PRIMROSE PLACE, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2022
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 3rd August 2022.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 1800 hours on Monday 15th August 2022 and will remain in operation until 1800 hours on Sunday 20th November 2022, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to carry out works to new footpaths and disabled parking bays on Primrose Place and to relocate site cabins to Primrose Place to allow the car park for the development to be progressed.
