THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (BROOK STREET, ALVA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2022
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 18th May 2022.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0800 hours on Monday 6th June 2022 until 1700 hours on Sunday 3rd July 2022, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to facilitate the streetscape enhancement works being carried out on Stirling Street/East Stirling Street. Diversions will be signposted.
