THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (SMITHFIELD LOAN, ALLOA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2022
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 3rd March 2022.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0830 hours on Monday 28th March 2022 until 1530 hours on Tuesday 29th March 2022, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required to replace missing/damaged speed bumps.
