THE CLACKMANNANSHIRE COUNCIL (MARSHALL WAY, TULLIBODY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING AND LOADING) ORDER 2022
The Clackmannanshire Council has made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 13th December 2021.
The effect of this Order is that there will be no driving, parking or loading at any time during the period from 0930 hours until 1530 hours on Thursday 3rd February 2022, on the section of roads described in Schedule. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for Scottish Water ironwork repairs. There will be access for emergency service vehicles and residents have been notified.
